The box showed up in decent shape, like no smashed corners or anything weird that I noticed. Everything inside was wrapped up nicely enough too. the packaging was kind of better than I was expecting

I picked up the Phantom Display a few weeks ago, and to be fair, the actual screen looks good and works the way it should. I’m not trying to be overly picky here, but when you spend this much, you kind of expect the whole thing to feel a little more solid. The frame is light, and I noticed a tiny bit of flex when I moved it around.

It’s definitely not a bad display, and I don’t regret buying it or anything. I just feel like it’s worth mentioning because I wouldn’t want someone thinking it feels super premium. If you’re leaving it on a desk and not messing with it much, it should be totally fine, but I’d be a little careful if you plan on moving it often.

I had to return my order and, assuming returns usually take a bit, I wasn’t too surprised it wasn’t instant. Support got back to me and the refund showed up after a few days. It wasn’t perfect, but everything got sorted in the end.

I got Phantom Display up and running a lot faster than I thought I would. I’m not really a tech person, so I was expecting at least one part where I’d get confused or have to look something up, but the steps were clear and it connected without much fuss. Took around 10 minutes, maybe less. It’s just nice when something works the way you expect it to, because usually with stuff like this I assume there’s going to be some weird catch or...

I thought the site was okay overall. Shopping was straightforward, but the pages loaded a bit slower than I’d like on my end. Checkout went through fine though, so I didn’t run into any major problems.

My order showed up with the right items and sizes, and nothing was missing. One of the print colors looked just a little different than I expected, but it was still close enough that it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d order again.

I ordered it on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday. Everything went smoothly, no delays or mix-ups. it was nice not having to deal with any of those totally preventable shipping issues.

The display actually turned out a bit better than I was expecting. The build feels nice, it runs smoothly, and it seems well made overall. I’m quite happy with it so far.

I ordered from Phantom Display hoping the screen would be decent, but the clarity kind of stole the whole show. Text is crisp, images look sharp, and there’s none of that weird blur or washed-out color drama I was worried about. So far, I’m genuinely impressed with it.

It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel cluttered, which makes checking things out comfortable. Maybe a few sections could use a little more spacing, but overall it’s a nice, clean site that does its job well

A few months in, I started having an issue with my display, so I had to go through the warranty process. They got back to me after about 2 days and eventually sent out a replacement part, which was good. It wasn’t exactly quick though, and it felt like more effort than it should’ve been just to get it sorted. Still, they did take care of it in the end

I don’t think I’d order again.

I gave it 5 stars because the screen is just... really bright. Like, my room gets a ton of sun and I was expecting to have to squint or mess with settings, but nope. Colors look good too, not faded or weird-looking. I barely changed anything out of the box, which was nice. So far, yeah, happy with it.

The upload process was straightforward and I didn’t run into any issues. It just took a little longer than I expected, especially during the last few percent, but everything went through fine in the end.

I’ve been using Phantom Display for a little while now, and it does what I need it to do, but I was kind of confused getting started. Some of the menus weren’t where I expected them to be, so I ended up clicking around a lot just trying to figure out where things were.
Once I got it set up, it worked well most of the time. I just wish the interface was a little more straightforward, because a few help tips or clearer labels would’ve saved me from wondering if I was missing something obvious.
